Who is Brent Fowler?

Brent Fowler started in real estate the way most people do — wholesaling deals to build capital and learn the market. But he didn't stop there. Over the years, he grew into a full-time real estate investor, fix & flip operator, and new construction developer.

He's bought, renovated, and sold properties across multiple markets. He's managed ground-up builds from raw lots to finished homes. He's built a network of lenders, contractors, and operators that most investors spend years trying to find on their own.

Insiders Only is built for investors who are ready to execute their first fix & flip or new development project — or who are scaling from wholesaling into active development. If you're serious about closing deals and want direct mentorship, this is for you.

No prior experience is required, but you do need to be ready to take action. Brent works best with people who are coachable, committed, and ready to move — not people who are still on the fence.

Investment details are discussed on the intro call. Spots are limited and pricing reflects the level of direct access you get to Brent. Apply to find out if you qualify.

At minimum, you should be able to attend the weekly live call and spend a few hours per week working on your deals. The more you put in, the more you get out.
